were the members present.
8:00 p.m. Hearing Continuance, RDA, David Klayman, Lot 106, 61 Eisenhower Drive:
David Klayman appeared before the Commission and reviewed the flagged wetland lines on the site. The Commission concurred to accept the orange taped line that Greg has marked on the property as the wetland line and requested that David have the line surveyed by an engineer and presented on a Plan.
Hank asked David to contact Greg to accurately stake out the wetland line for the engineer.
Hank called for a motion to continue the hearing until June 5th.
Mike moved. Kathy seconded. Voted. Unanimous.
8:10 p.m. Signatures:
The Commission signed bills and Certificate of Compliance for Algonquin Gas DEP # SE- 280- 424, Canton Street at Junction with MBTA High Speed Commuter Rail.
